Haven't you ever seen those 12 year girls with big tits that are stupid as hell? It's a fact, the delayed onset of sexual maturity due to the repression of sexual thoughts in white culture, in the past, was largely due to it's grand accomplishments.

I think humans were created by aliens, and/or we evolved over a very long period of time (hundreds of thousands of years, or even millions of years) in the Americas--before the Asiatics came here from Asia--then lots of us emigrated to eastern Asia by way of Siberia, then spread out West to Europe and South to the Near East/Middle East.

Civilisation in its dysgenic, distorting, degrading effects on human evolution/devolution has a neotenic effect, making people more childish, to grow up less and more slowly. This effect is also in evidence in breeds of tame animals, i.e. dogs correspond in many ways to childish, immature wolves.

Obviously the less sophisticated the creature the quicker it matures. Lower quality humans mature earlier. It is not that they are culturally conditioned to become sexually mature early, and that this reduces their development, but that they are simple and thus mature sexually earlier and develop less intelligence.
