Bay Shore High School's Class of 2006 homecoming king admitted in a Suffolk courtroom Friday to taking part in what prosecutors called one of the more horrifying crimes in recent history - the beating, rape and robbery at gunpoint of a young couple on their first date.
Recalling talking with his co-defendants after driving away from the brutal crime, Douglas Payton, 18, said, [color="Red"]"We started to laugh about it."
Payton pleaded guilty Friday to first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and first-degree robbery for the Dec. 3 attack in Bay Shore. Newsday is not naming the couple because they were victims of sex crimes.
In exchange for his plea, Suffolk County Court Judge Barbara Kahn promised to sentence Payton to 15 years in prison. Payton also agreed in his plea deal to testify against his co-defendants, Reginald Dugue, 19, who is free on bail, and Terrance Terrell, 18, who is in the Suffolk County jail in Riverhead. All three were Bay Shore High School classmates.
Payton, who is free on bail of $500,000 bond, stood before Kahn and described the crime in graphic detail as his family and the family of his female victim, 23, listened in tears.
When Payton described his co-defendants sodomizing the woman, her mother's head dropped into her hands as she sobbed. The victim's brother slammed his fist against the back of a chair and glared at Payton's parents. Both families declined to comment.
Payton said he was driving Terrell and Dugue when they came upon the couple parked at the end of a scenic, waterfront Bay Shore cul-de-sac, drinking coffee. "Reggie asked if we wanted to rob them," recalled Payton. He said he and his co-defendants donned masks, and he grabbed duct tape he had in his car after having used it to help set up "Awareness Week" at school.
Payton used the tape to cover up his license plate, "because I knew something bad was going to happen, and I didn't want to get into trouble."
Dugue walked over to the couple's car, tapped on the window and smashed the male victim, 21, in the head with his pellet gun, Payton recalled. The men ordered the couple out of the car and told them to strip naked, Payton said. "I knew [Dugue] was going to do something sexual with the girl," said Payton, who restrained the man to "make sure he didn't get up." Payton said he also watched as Terrell and Dugue both sodomized the woman. Minutes later, they left with a set of speakers Payton stole from the couple, he said.
"We all felt bad about what happened, but we hoped we didn't get caught," said Payton.
Prosecutor Kate Wagner said the plea made an already strong case "even stronger."
Dugue's attorney, Colin Astarita of Southampton, declined to comment. Terrell's attorney, James Saladino of Riverhead, who watched the plea with Terrell's father, said his client "has to take a good look about what he wants to do at this point."

This sickening case reminds me of the Wichita Massacre, although these victims weren't killed. Disturbing that the white male complied. They would have to kill me. I would have fought to the death rather than have my girlfriend (wife) defiled by some stinking niggers.

It goes to show you really need to carry a weapon with you if allowed by law (which I would imagine Long Island, NY does not allow). But in the very least you should at least know what one looks like.
I wonder what an ass the boyfriend felt like for watching his girlfriend get gang raped by niggers while being held at bay with a PELLET gun.
No honor at all. It is weakness like this that allows us to become prey or at least percieved to be prey. If we are going to survive extinction - the white race better toughen up. It is truly sickening to see so many whites display such spinelessness. I don't know how many times I've seen whites swing like girls in fights and turtle the first time they get hit. WTF is turtling going to do for you?? Every fight with the enemy should be viewed as a fight to the death - you turtle you die...
Sorry for the rant (and I don't mean to come down on the couple coming off of a viscous attack). But sometimes I feel like facing extinction, large portions of the white race do not show any real will to survive.

The judge, Barbara Kahn, was a jew. She had to cut them some slack since they were only doing the work the jews incite them to. Another words, in Kahn's eyes, they did the right thing...

The suspects pulled into the dead end in Payton's car, behind the victims, then Payton flashed his brights into the car before the three masked men appeared, two tapping on the windows with guns.
The victims left the vehicle, were stripped "completely naked" and the woman was dragged into Payton's car and forced to perform a sex act on one of the men while Payton held a gun to the boyfriend's head outside.
She was then dragged to the tailgate of the victim's SUV, where she was raped by a second man and forced to perform a sex act on him. At that point, Payton spoke to the boyfriend, asking him if he had sex with his girlfriend that day.
"You should have. Watch this," Payton said, according to Wagner.
"Then he is forced to watch his girlfriend, on her knees, performing oral sex with a gun to her head," Wagner said.

This is a disturbing trend I've been seeing when it comes to nigger-on-white crime. The niggers tend to force the white victims into performing degrading sex acts. Rape or consensual sex it's all the same to niggers.

It's obvious that the victim’s brother needs anger counseling and some work on those conflict resolution skills. I hope he didn’t damage the chair. That chair is public property you know, and it’s a crime to damage public property. Maybe he should go to church and ask God for forgiveness for glaring at Payton’s parents like that. After all, no one likes to be glared at, it’s so barbaric to glare at people for no reason at all.

I don't think anyone believes you are anything close to a "Rambo". You are just an old geezer who thinks he's a real tough guy and does a lot of loud mouthed tough talking. The biggest tough talkers are the first to to lose control of their bladder. You fit the classic Dr. Pierce model of a loudmouth, a big talker. Why are you assuming that I wouldn’t go after those responsible if my sister were murdered in that fashion? I wouldn’t make that assumption of you. I would assume that you understand that ZOG would not provide you or your family with any real justice and that it would be incumbent upon you to exact the necessary revenge.
Unless you want to say publicly on this forum that you do indeed have great faith in ZOG and it’s willingness to punish guilty niggers?

Just wondering,
Do WN groups ever try to attempt communication with victims and their families in cases like this? It seems to happen all too often, and I would imagine that at least some of them will have awakened. I know it would have to be handled in a delicate manner, but I would imagine some of these people would be willing to join the cause - even if they thought otherwise beforehand.
And since black on white crime is rampant, there should be a never ending supply of new recruits.
Just wondering if this has ever been tried before and what the outcome might have been. If it has not worked in the past, perhaps a different approach like a support group for victims made up of the caring white community would do something to change their minds and show them who really cares.
