I was glancing at some classifieds today and one add just jumped out at me.

Adults Only Community 45+

It turns out it was an add for a mobile home community - not really my style, but it caught my attention.

Two things stuck out:

• Property owners still have some trace of property rights left,[/*:m:1yy5sbzv]
• The new "adult" is 45+.[/*:m:1yy5sbzv][/list:u:1yy5sbzv]

What would they say to a 44-year old husband and wife whose kids are grown and in college? "No thanks, we want adults in our community"?

Also, are not ages 40-65 considered "federally protected"? Could a 40-44 year old sue, claiming "discrimination" as a result?

Either way - it just blew me away that just as I think I am getting old - I am still a decade away from being considered an "adult" in the Kwa ...
