I have a renewal option and am 50/50 for lots of reasons come a few months from now. But my building of the 3 buildings has becom the RACE MIXER building in the last year.

The next door neighbor: white woman/black man. The above me? Dates a NIGGER woman.

The leasing office? The people in charge? A White woman married to a nigger who is pretty much the only maintainence guy is the boss. Sucks. Got me some breaks but leaves a BAD taste in my mouth.
