Oh, Here We Go Again!
White youngsters: the key thing which separates Rightists from Leftists is: the idea of "human equality" (aka, "egalitarianism" aka, "Cultural Marxism"). Leftists worship that idea. Rightists reject it (unless they are Christians, then all bets are off! Most Christians believe in human equality, which of course was literally born in the Holly Buy-Bull O' Jewish Bullshit) [1]. Meritocracy (judging people solely by their ability and not by their race, sex, sexual habits, height, weight, appearance, etc.) cancels out the "Identity Politics" program which is the key leftist idea since circa 1964. So meritocracy "must" be ended in order for "The Other" to thrive, since The Other cannot compete with White men. Nope. Nobody can. White men built the world (and yet nobody thanked us for that. Why not?) [2].

Today, companies don't hire by merit. They instead hire mulatto homosexual midgets in order to meet "diversity quotas." That's not hiring-by-merit. Hiring today is all about your corporate workplace getting high "ESG scores" (which stands for "Environmental, Social, and Governance" scores). It's all leftist/socialist equality bullshit.

[1] The Old Testament Buy-Bull was written by Jews, so the bedrock of Christianity is Jewish. Likely, this is the most famous quote about human equality in the Buy-Bull:
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." -- Galatians 3:28 (in the New Testament Bible). Given the fact that the Bible is the most ubiquitous book on planet earth (as well as one of the oldest books in history), the theory that "Christianity birthed the concept of human equality" is entirely logical and sound. "Human equality" is mankind's most dangerous idea: it has caused millions -- if not billions -- of deaths, and untold suffering and misery. Communism murdered 100 million people in the 20th century alone. But yet, the sick idea of "human equality" continues, because it "feels good." "The Other" (anybody who isn't a White male) especially loves "human equality." (Adding greatly to the "human equality" problem: federal Affirmative Action laws and huge corporations whose Human Resources managers [those who hire and fire employees] are mostly female). The White Western world must be completely cleansed of all traces of "human equality" crap because if it isn't, the White race won't survive. That's a cold, hard fact.
[2] I have been accused of "championing The White Male too vigorously." But that's impossible: you cannot champion The White Male too vigorously! He is a god in human form. The fact is, I greatly enjoy basking in the awesomeness of White Male accomplishments. I do it as often as possible. You should, too. It'll make you feel fuzzy and tingly all over. Hard alcohol (e.g., vodka) will do the same thing, but hard alcohol can harm your health. White-Male-Awesomeness-basking can't.
