Okay, this is supposed to be a section Michael Moore left out of "Sicko" because "no one would believe it". Very interesting approach to healthcare and prison. Of course, make note of the fact that you do NOT see a single non-white face in this entire video. Also, in one of the comments, someone noted that Norway has never had a large jew population. Do you think an approach like this could work ANYWHERE where there is ANY non-white or jew population??? 
Of course NOT!!!
