What has it gotten us? The budget is typically 50 billion or so but the ARRA/Obama Stimulus package set aside a whopping 200 billion over 4 years to goose the Department of Education ever higher because "our children are our future" and whatever other thieving claptrap they claimed. The results? America is a nation of quasi-literacy and out-and-out sub 4th grade level illiterates.

20 percent of high school graduates are rated as "Level 1" in literacy.
That means a 2nd to 4th grade level. A lot of them can't get much past books with "pretty pictures" on their best days. These people vote. They are just alive enough to draw breath and yank levers on Election Day for whoever will give them the choicest goodies.

Trillions of dollars down the drain trying to get niggers and spics to read and write and it has gotten us nothing. What a WASTE.
