It's funny. Usually the left, which we associate with jews, blames human failure on lack of necessary equipment.

Jews are underreaching at moment because they have not taken advantage of actual existing control technology - and the Chinese have. The Chinese are atually ahead of the jews.

Jews are actually underreaching from their POV. Given what is technically possible right now today.
