Part-Jews

I have often wondered: "how much 'Jewish blood'/'Jewish genes' does it take to make somebody "act Jewish"? In other words, at what point does Person X begin to display "Jewish behavior"? When he's 1/8 Jewish? Or 1/4 Jewish?

Trivia: There are so many part-Jews in Hollywood and the entertainment business that it's really shocking. Nearly everyone who isn't a full Jew is a part-Jew. It's freaky. Even Olivia Newton-John! I never saw that one coming! Even Paul Newman, who didn't look it.
