of course it is not our side, that is the point, let's see what their points are for taking jobs away from the White Man, because usually that's what the term means ,either accept illegals and others cursed with the inability to multitask or sheer ineptitude to handle even the smallest deviation from the most simplistic tasks ( this is common knowledge, everyone has had what I have termed the Diversity Ineptitude Experience AKA "DIE")

(I hate reading "tomes" on the PC but worthy to skim to see what their arguments for are- it seems on its face to be an oxymoron, as if you can change the ingredients drastically in a recipe and expect to come out with the same result- dont think so!)

Gee, is it just me, or is there not a glaring hole in the "New demographics telling the story" part, right where the straight White male should be? 
Guess diversity really is about everyone else but us, eh?

almost reverse Jim Crowe-ish hmm? Diversity means "Colored ONLY need apply"
have to go see if I can find some more stuff from the old days- i know its on ebay-
We need to stop the "shame" and remember how not so long ago, thinking like we do was just the normal thing.
I was listening to an audiobook of Uncle Tom's Cabin, and comparing that to other accounts I have listened to , like one about a black ghetto "There are no children here" , I think I'd rather be on the plantation than in a ghetto, where most of them are today!
