Whether the woman is married to a husband.. or single she gets paid the amount. And it will be a high amount.. enough so a woman would mainly not want to work.

Yes only white women and to both married and single moms.. And the reward would be much larger. I just calculated if Germany paid 10,000$ per year per child under the age of 18 to every white woman. A woman with 4 kids would make 40,000$ a year.

And the children would still get free healthcare and education like now.. which they are already getting. I agree look at the Arab world where Polygamy is legal. It still seems most marriages there are between 1 man and 1 woman... except for the super rich. One place I can see it being more common and this is an issue in some of the arab world is when a great deal of men die in warfare.

It is spreading in areas that now have immigrants from Africa and the Middle East. France is one example. Also in Central Asia now that the Soviets are gone people have started to become polygamous. Usually it is people with more money. What woman would want to live with a poor man and several poor women?
But you can find many women that will live with a well to do man and become a 2nd or 3rd wife. They can have an easy lifestyle. Especially if they don't work.
