Yeah they have several ad videos that have been making the rounds and can be downloaded from the web. Do a search on Google (try Monkey Carreer Builder .avi, or something like that). They have even appeared on TV.
I don't know how those ads made it past the censors, but everyone I know sees it as an obvious slam of blacks in the workplace. It's pretty funny.
