What are peoples take on this?

It sounds like he's saying anti-semitism is scapegoating and that we're all losers and blame Jews for our failures in life. Which is ridiculous. It could be that I'm misinterpreting what he's saying. I'm sure there may be some people out there who blame Jews for their own failings, but I know I'm not one of them. But I don't think that anyone here is scapegoating when they observe that Jews run the media and financial industries.
