My biggest concern now is (1) Finding a suitable tabloid clerk to replace me, and (2) Disposing of the money presently in our tabloid fund.
You financial contributors are urged to advise me what to do with your money in the Civil Forum thread I made for that purpose. Options are:
1) Send money to Alex to help with VNN's expenses
2) Return your money to you, or
3) Use your money for my campaign for US Congress
The deadline was set for 8 AM, 25 Sept. After which, I'll mail half the fund balance to Alex, and use the other half for my campaign. Contributors who object to this use of their money can simply tell me and I'll return your money in full.
TABLOID CLERK replacement:
Surely, somebody out there suitable to Alex will step forward and do the job. Stan and varg have put together another excellent edition of TWPL, that can still be published, if somebody'll take charge of coordinating distributions of it. (I'm assuming of course, that AM hasn't yet banned all of VNN's activists).
And so, who'll it be ???

What should you do with the money?
As far as my money concerned, I don't mind much how you choose to use it, if you haven't already -- as long as it furthers the cause.
However, taking the larger view, here would be my recommendation.
What is the most moral course of action? It would be to use the money people contributed for the purpose for which they contributed it -- or as close to that purpose as possible. If people contributed their money in support of the tabloid, the fund should ONLY be used for that purpose -- and should be passed along to the next tabloid clerk -- unless there is to be no tabloid, and then the money should be returned to them, unless they say otherwise. In other words, use the money for a different purpose ONLY if you get permission to do so from the contributors. Otherwise, you are not being true to the spirit of your contributors. And you open yourself up to the charge -- false though it may be -- that you quit in order to use the tabloid money for your political campaign, instead of for the tabloid as promised and expected.

YOU make the determination of who gets money returned to them. I don't know how to make that determination with the limited records I have on hand. Administratively, it's impossible to do as you suggest, fairly and efficiently.
But you are perfectly free to scroll TWPL threads, make a list of contributors, contact them yourself, and have them tell me what they want done with their money. And tell them to provide me an address. It's the least you can do N O W. So get to work.
I didn't keep all the letters that came with money. Some specifically asked me to destroy them, and I did as they asked. Some told me to use the money "as I saw fit". A few sent money anonymously. Some told me to use half for TWPL fund and the other half for my campaign. And some didn't say anything, just sent money.
George T. from WA state phoned and told me to use the $1,500 he's sent since May on my campaign. KYwhiskeyrebel PM'd me saying to use the money as I see fit, SSteve asked me to return his in the mail, and now you've stated you don't care. That's the only 4 who've stated their wishes, so far.
Somebody ought to ask Alex. He doesn't answer my PMs or emails, or his phone.
I don't deny that I'd like to use some of the money on my campaign. But, like all other monies I've received, I'm posting financial reports regarding my campaign here on VNNF. And I'm sure Alex will put the money I send him to good VNN use.
As for me being "open" to criticism, you must be blind or kidding. It's been open season on my ass on here for 2 and a half freakin years.

A big thanks to all who defended me during my "vacation". I think I read all posts related to it. I was able to read, just not post or send or receive PMs.
Sure was glad to see Demonica kicking butt. That gal not only distributed our newspapers many times, she protests in the streets in her own hometown when she gets pissed off at the muds there.

If possible, the money that was sent to for the tabloid should be used for the next tabloid -- unless someone specifically asks you not to. In other words, say you've got a fund of $5,000. That money should be set aside and given to the next tabloid clerk to use for future VNN tabloids. If there isn't going to be another tabloid, then the money should be sent back to the contributors, unless the contributors tell you otherwise. If you don't have their address, then the remaining fund should be set aside for some other VNN project.
That's the most moral thing to do in my opinion. And Aryans should strive to do the most moral thing.
My contributions (not very large I know but still the principal applies):
1. Use it for the next tabloid.
2. Use it for another VNN project, if there is to be no future tabloid.
3. Use it to help create an on-going fund for future VNN projects.
4. If VNN is about to fold and disappear, divide the fund between your campaign and Alex's White efforts, if there are to be any.
If, at any point (with NO arbitrary time limit), someone wants his money back and gives you his address, do so.

Any money that does not go to the next tabloid clerk, should be put into a VNN project fund. If there are to be no more VNN projects, then the money should be returned. If the money can't be returned and VNN is closing down, then divide the fund up between you and Alex -- for White efforts only, not personal spending money.
That's my opinion.
I just think VNN must be very careful and open about money -- with no appearance of impropriety. This builds credibility and encourages further contributions. The latter is the most important aspect of this. Let's always think ahead -- for the larger White good.
check your PMs
Regarding those who have already told you to use their money as you see fit. I think, in light of my suggestions as to how the money be best used, ask them again how they would like their money to be used. Give them the following choices:
1. As a fund for the next tabloid.
2. As a fund for VNN projects.
3. To you and Alex as you all see fit.
4. Returned.
That is the moral thing to do -- since these options were not expressed initially to the contributors.
However, don't get me wrong, Rounder. I think you are a good man and you have served the White Cause well for a long time. Thank you for all the good you've done.
I just want this chapter to close on a sound, moral, right note. (That helps you and our people.)

Oh yes, yes indeedy. I couldn't agree more. Too bad, not one single WN leader or publication in this entire galaxy, except for The Rounder, is "careful and open about money -- with no appearance of impropriety." Huh ??? So name just one. LOL !!!

I've got 2 better ideas. (1) You take over as tabloid clerk, and/or (2) stick the tabloid project up your ass.

I'm not attacking you. I appreciate you -- as I think you should by now realize. I'm trying to look at this issue from the standpoint of what's best. That's all.

Putting the money into a "tabloid fund" means turning the money over to someone distributors might not want their money turned over to.
When I return their money, they could simply send the money to whomever Alex might approve of as "tabloid fund holder of monies". That way contributors would be making the decision themselves, rather than you.
But as I said, if Alex approves a new tabloid clerk, I'll simply mail a check to the printers in payment for however many copies are printed. Even if it requires all we have in the tabloid fund. This would be the very best thing we can do.
Now go find a volunteer. How about you? Or why not ?? You can't say you don't have time, judging from how much time you spend here. But if you do take the job, you must assure contributors, you'll continue the same 100%, fool proof, finance reporting and disclosure system I started from day one.
I find it "interesting" you'd rather the money be sent to an undetermined individual, rather than to Alex for VNN, and to my campaign for Congress.
Have you been advertising yourself as a candidate for "holder of monies" ???

What's best ?? What's best is for you to do the tabloid clerk job yourself. Answer why not ???
At least you've voiced interest. Few others have. So do the freakin job.
