Russia’s Rosatom to build nuclear power plant in China

The chinks literally have had ten of millions of their best, bright and most diligent minds' studying, copying, and stealing Aryan science and Aryan engineering for over the last 100 years, and they still need to bring in what many consider to be a second rate Aryan nation to build nuclear power plats for them.

Maybe the chink government officials just do not trust their own sneaking lying cheating greedy chink scientist and engineers to work on projects that are so dangerous.

Of course, like every other time such joint ventures occurred, the chinks will steal what the learn and claim that their own scientist and engineers had just coincidently discovered the stolen knowledge moments before the Aryans scientist and engineers had brought the knowledge into China.
