An article appeared in the Richmond Times-Dispatch on December 16, 2006 about a spic truck driver, most likely an illegal criminal, overturning his tractor-trailer full of logs on the northbound lane of the Powhite Parkway during rush hour. This wreck tied up traffic for four hours while crews cleaned up the mess. Castro Henry-Ovidio Herrera, 58, of Sandston, Va, was employed with Tree Harvesters, in Richmond. He was charged with reckless driving, defective brakes, no vehicle registration, no insurance, and operating without a commercial drivers license. No one was injured except the spic, when he jumped clear of the wreckage.
There is no link to the article online. However, I wanted to let everyone know about this because quite a few companies employ this type of trash to drive for them, and it has to stop.
