Surprise! "The Other" Very Often Champions "The Other"
For the younger WNs.
Are their exceptions to that? Yes. There are a few. But let's embrace reality each and every time.
This is a problem: in the White world, there are "half-Others" who are "hiding in the tall grass" and they will very often advocate for "The Other" (i.e., anybody who isn't a White male) since "they feel like 'The Other'" themselves. Hence the reason why a half-Black, a half-Mexican or a half-Jew should be looked upon with suspicion. Even "quarter-Whatevers" are likely trouble. This also applies to White men with non-White spouses. Why do they have non-White spouses?
Headline: "Negro Leagues advocacy sparked by Ted Williams, who hid a Latino past" (by the way: "Latino" is the wrong word. Latin was a White language used in ancient Rome. It isn't all that related to Brown people in Honduras. "Bastardized/informal Spanish" isn't exactly Old Latin, although granted, European Spanish [in Spain] ultimately sprang from Latin).
