I visited Kokomo, Indiana and the fed takeover of small towns is so in your face. I saw 7 goddamn 'EMA' police cars, they are everywhere. Saw one official KOkomo police car. EMA stands for 'Emergency Management Agency". A cleverly disguised take-off on FEMA. well, it's probably enough to fool your mid sized Indiana town.

but I mean, it's just incredible how they just move into some town like that, create this fake police agency, hire 20 or 30 dykes and give them FEMA cars and give them vague, unlimited police powers. I'm sure they are probably deferred to by the local police. From what I've seen, local police worship ANY fed agency like Gods, literally will get down on their knees and kiss their feet, that's how they are trained.
