If you like seeing libs freak out about right wing people thinking for themselves, click the link above.

The whole Mark of the Beast problem, if it is indeed a problem (and I don't rule it out), is more a technical/economic problem to me, rather than a theological problem.

What is the main philosophical problem presented by the TPP video? It is not being in control of our own production, especially food production.

If the TPP had wanted the video to be more realistic, they would have showed People of Walmart waddling around, and implied that the free food they were getting with the Development cards were making them obese, stupid and giving them cancer to euthanize them before 40. They would have used herd animal confined animal feeding operation scenes interspersed with People of Walmart.

The nightmarish dystopia is not some future "scary" thing; it's here now. The torch of freedom has indeed been snuffed out, already.

If food making over half the population clinically obese doesn't make you lose faith in Industrial Agriculture, I don't know what will. High fructose corn syrup causing liver failure and diabetes and obesity and having to wipe your butt with a cloth on a stick is still "a reasonable price to pay for our Packaged Food Cornucopia," but if they were shown to be putting cancer causing agents or mind altering (mind dulling) agents in food, then "that would be too far?" Or would it?

The truth about the Development Party is that it's already here, but it's not mandatory. The method to their madness is to become ubiquitous and "cheap," so that no one can afford to go outside of it. It's a soft totalitarianism. If you are smart enough to grow your own food and/or buy local and prepare your food, you more or less escape the consequences of Orwellian food control and mass poisoning. If you aren't, then you become a Person of Walmart.

I have tried to convince people to take control of their own food supply, and so have many hobby farmers and food activists. It's certainly possible to do, and if many people in an area participated, it would be more workable and more commercially viable.

But you run against the hard fact that people are lazy and wilfully ignorant. Satan laughed! And so perhaps they deserve to be treated like the cattle that they are.

Except, of course, for the elect. Soft totalitarianism naturally creates self selected elites, who strive to rise above the herd, who refuse the poison and the flouride in the water and the Development Party EBT card.

And really, anyone can join the elect. The information is all free and readily available. But only some choose to. No one is keeping out the riff-raff, except the riff-raff, themselves.

What does it mean to become part of the self selecting elect?

1. To refuse the poison packaged food supply as much as possible and eat real food, mostly locally produced.

2. To refuse anti-intellectualism and mass media entertainments and to occupy your free time with developing your mind with math and science and foreign languages.

3. To refuse automobiles and driving as much as possible and take mass transit, walk or ride a bicycle (preferably a recumbent for 33rd degree Illuminated Portlandian SWPL's).

4. To refuse credit and pay as you go, and collect gold and silver and ammo and food as true and real assets.

5. To learn martial arts to teach the younger generation so they can physically dominate their peers in the Jewish-Bolshevik-Orwellian dystopia.

6. To practice racial eugenics in family formation and equal yoking.

I may have missed some points, but that's a good start. This is an idea of the Mindweapon response to dystopia. It won't necessarily be so bad for us; we will take advantage of the situation.

In an age when the vast majority of people are dumbing down, by Mind Weaponing up, you can dominate and win. Dystopia may be a crisis; it's also an opportunity.
