What they don't give are racial statistics, but at any rate it's good to take extra care on this glorious excuse-to-get-drunk-and-kill-with-car holiday.
The social media campaigns against the practice of drunken driving is like begging niggers not to get guns or 'run trains' or sell crack, though, as they aren't stopped simply because there are laws on the books.
It's not an edjumacational problem, it's a 'no character wild animal' problem.
This poll from a while back showed:

So based on these stats, if you see a car-full of Lakota Sioux or a truck with a giant 'Rodriguez' sticker in the back, avoid them and be on high-alert.
