I know VNN is a strange place to post this….. The site owner is an atheist and the forum attracts a large number of other atheists, some agnostics and Pagans. The impression I have of these folks is they are turned off Christianity because they think that Jesus - if he existed at all - is a mid-eastern "Jew." All of them are infuriated with the crank religiosity this belief has produced among rapture-obsessed neo-conservative Evangelicals who idolize the Jews.

The Catholic Church errs in other ways, mainly by embracing every Negro and non-white in sight without the slightest regard for the damage it does to the survival of the white race and western civilization. But even they are silent about the Chosen. Their long history of problems with the Jews has created dislike and they will never trust the Jews, but they say nothing. How can ignorance exist in this Age of Information? How can truth set us free if the Church does not uphold it?

According to Scripture God made an everlasting covenant with Abraham and his descendants. The Jews claim this is a covenant with them and anoints them as the Chosen people of God. No one refutes this preposterous claim. If anything, the Evangelicals reinforce it with prosing on about verses of Scripture that supposedly support it.

I believe God make a covenant. I believe God made a covenant with the Chosen. But does that translate to "Jews?"

Christians believe God’s covenant is everlasting. They believe God cannot lie. I do, too. I believe that from generation to generation God chooses whom He will.

God has chosen a lot of people through the centuries….like millions of white Christians. Any Christian will tell you that he became a Christian because God called him/her. The amazing thing is they still believe the Jews are the Chosen. How is that possible? It doesn't make sense.

Jesus was divine. He was the Son of God. He chose His Apostles. Eleven were Galileans. "Come," He said, "and follow me."

He chose them publicly. He did it for a reason. People witnessed Him choosing. There is no record He chose a Jew. What about Judas Iscariot? We don't know. The gospel writers did not tell us how he became a part of the inner circle. His name appears on the list of Apostles without explanation. Perhaps, he latched on to the group for ulterior motives. Jews do that.

In that Age it was politically correct to kill the prophets. Jesus said they killed all of the prophets. Judas was probably politically correct. Perhaps he sensed another kill and he could be a part of it.

Thousands of people believed Jesus Christ. They followed Him. Like the young guys who have dropped everything to follow Presidential candidate Ron Paul across the country, these young disciples followed Jesus everywhere. They were excited and thrilled with Jesus. They could not get enough of Him. They wanted to be where He was. They openly adored Him.
Here was someone who knew what was going on. Here was someone who told the truth. When He spoke He knew what He was talking about. He pointed a finger at all the things that were wrong and dared to condemn it. He offered solutions. These young guys could see the promise of a better life. They could see hope for freedom. It was real. It was honest. They wanted it very much. This was something that appealed to them in every way. They followed Jesus from place to place and ate up everything He said.

Jesus Chose whomever He willed. He was the Son of God. After that He sent the Holy Spirit to do the choosing.

Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.
