That's a bet you would win. That figure has to be off by at least a factor of 100. Take away the latrinos and the arabs and all the other motley assorted nonwhites that miraculously become "white" whenever they are prepetrators (but never when they are victims) of a crime, take away all the 'Tawana Brawleys' and hoaxed "hate crimes", and that 900 most likely becomes a big fat zero.
