Just so Obama knows, the Government collects taxes by force, you go to jail if you don't pay it, but they take it out of your paycheck before you even get a chance not to pay it.

An Insurance Beaurocrat loses their job if you cancel your insurance, they don't send police to arrest if you if you don't pay your insurance premiums of deductable.

A government Beaurocrat never loses their job, they will never leave their job for a better job, because there are no better jobs, working in the private sector is miserable because you have to make a profit and do whatever the customer wants or you get fired.
