Notwithstanding the Criminal manipulation by the Executive Branch and the incompetence of Congress in regards to the DTA and the MCA which reaffirms articles #17,#18 and #19 of the Articles of Impeachment of George Bush, the most significant part of the Supreme Court Ruling is this.....

YOU CANNOT TORTURE A MAN TO MAKE HIM SAY WHAT YOU WANT......THEN USE WHAT HE SAYS......TO CONVICT HIM......AND THEN SENTENCE HIM TO DEATH!

This not only reflects on George Bush but John McCain as well, for it was he who originated the so-called anti-torture bill named the DTA which tied the hands of the judges to limit their rulings to only procedural issues.
