The Supreme Court just ruled in Fernandez that somebody who declines a warrantless search can be countermanded by anybody with him who consents to search, even in that man's own home.

In the Kaley case, people who had just been brought before a grand jury, not even trial, just a grand jury, had their assets seized. They had a bond out for $500,000 to cover legal expenses and it was just stolen from them. The
"assets" that were going to pay for legal help were "forfeited" even before the trial began!

It doesn't make sense for a nation to have a Supreme Court. It concentrates too much power. This Roberts court has been a non-stop jewing and fucking of the whole country.
