First media report said she died of a heart attack. Later that evening the media said it appeared she died from blunt force trauma to the upper body due to falling down the stairs.
Then yesterday, the day after her death the media reported "the coroner determined she died from falling down the stairs"
Today, the media is reporting her death is still under investigation.
We must ask ourselves, since when does a coroner render cause of death in less than 24 hours? Toxicity tests usually take at least 2-3 days in expedited cases.
