A number of years ago a book by Revilo Oliver called The Jewish Strategy was supposedly published. However, I can't find any copies of it for sale whatsoever. Several chapters from it appear on heretical.com.
Does anyone have any idea if this book was ever actually published? Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a copy? I there anywhere to download it or does someone have it scanned? The book looks really good.
