The Military Commissions Act of 2006 has been passed by both Houses of Congress and was signed into law by President Bush on Oct. 17. This law returns Tyranny and absolute Despotism to the citizens of the United States.
Under this new law, you can be arrested and jailed indefinitely
without being charged or tried.
You do not have the right to remain silent.
You get one of _their_ lawyers, not your own.
You can be tortured and evidence obtained via torture is admissable.
Government can search and seize without a search warrant and evidence obtained without a Search Warrant is admissible in these Military Commission "trials."!
Oh, and get this: This new law applies to a lot more than "terrorism." It
specifically also applies to murder, rape, robbery, inflicting
serious bodlily injury, inflicting MENTAL injury, damaging property
and even "Treachery and Perfidy!"
This law allows our government of today, to do to us what King George III
did in 1776. It is THAT bad!
Folks, this law is TYRANNY. It is absolute despotism. We overthrew
King George III in 1776 for this type of activity. I am sad to tell you
that we may have to now overthrow our own government because of this law

That's special. Nice to know that we are either making enough of a difference, or "on the verge of making enough of a difference" that our jew butt kissing Congress had to quickly take action. In the wake of their agreed-upon, long-languishing paralyzation to deal with the Mexishits, it's nice to see they can exert their kikealike authority with unrelenting relish. Everybody hates a hater; it's high time our laws backed up our Tel Aviv TV cultural more.

You see, Hale was declared a domestic terrorist and has been held incommunicado under provisions of the draconian and woefully-misnamed Patriot Act.
There was no basis to hold Hale incommunicado.
...But in being made a victim by the divine majesty of the U. S. Department of Justice, Hale has become the ultimate victor. He has shown that what he claimed--though for the wrong reasons--was a corrupt society, is indeed a corrupt society, where the FBI can manufacture a crime, use a government-paid employee to orchestrate that crime, and then jail someone with a life sentence for a "crime" that the person never committed.

No point in gun control now actually. If you have too many guns they simply put you in prison and call you an enemy combatant. Sure you could fight back...but then you'll end up dead so it's a win win for the government.

I don't think it's possible, at least, not in TX. Over here almost every household I know has several guns and rifles. To put them all in jail - LOL, the jails are overfilled already with the muds!

One of the strategies used by the Jew-Bolsheviks in Russia, was to release hardened criminals and murderers into the army as special terrorist squads. If they didn't kill or rape enough to satisfy the Jew-Commissars, then they would be shot. So, in this case, the Jews would take law-abiding citizens such as yourself, put you in prison as a "subversive gun owner" and make room for you by releasing Negro and Mexican murderers and rapists to be set loose terrorizing the populace who would then demand more stringent laws to "protect" them. Thus, allowing even worse laws than the one named above.

What the sheeple don't realize is that we are actually worse off now than we were under old King George III : Worse taxes , less freedom , way more jews!
