Ray Allen, do you know about this?
This guy owns a chunk of rural land and declared it his own nation, separate from the KWA. Of course this isn't official, at least according to the UN and the KWA.
I wonder if a bunch of WN tried doing this to a large chunk of land? Of course it has been tried before to make a WN city and that didn't work.
