The Unconstitutional Lautenberg Gun Law: Why Does It Exist?
There's a 1996 federal gun law, called the Lautenberg Domestic Confiscation provision. It was part of a larger omnibus appropriations bill. It was sponsored by Jewish Senator Frank Lautenberg [1]. It says: if you are convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, you lose your right to own a gun forever. In other words, a misdemeanor charge cancels your Second Amendment constitutional right to own a gun! [2]. (Unless you get lucky and are able to get the Attorney General to void your conviction. The law applies to all American citizens)...
