Yes, the Secret Service is (most likely) a Rothschild "sleeper cell" in close proximity to the official leaders of the US government. They will protect the President and his family as long as the president obeys the general policy directives of his banker controllers. But the moment he strays from those policies and stubbornly persists in going his own way, the "SS" will become assassins.

The first step for a President who wants to become free of the bankers is to secretly (i.e., without the Secret Service guys spying) recruit some specially trained members of the US Armed Forces to replace the Secret Service. They'll have to be moved into the White House under some pretext, and the President would have to announce the changes to his bodyguard in a setting where his new guards outnumber and outgun the Secret Service.

The nuclear thing is out of hand. You'd have to decomission Israel of it's nuclear power in a different way. Most missile silos can withstand a direct nuclear hit and still launch missiles if they are built good enough. And if they aren't, they'll launch before the nukes reach them anyways by noticing the incoming nukes.

In fact, a nuclear 2nd strike by Israel might be acceptable. I mean, what are they going to hit? New York? (Jews.) Miami? (Jews.) The logical targets for a nuclear strike on America are precisely those places where the Jews congregate the most thickly. An Israeli counterattack would wipe out lots of Jews with US citizenship, sparing the courageous president from having to send soldiers into American cities to de-Judaize them.
