Black super predators were being exposed, raping 7, 8, 9 middle school girls a day, gangs had all sorts of systems for luring all these brainwashed girls into compromising situations, it was a system for mass rape of young white girls, the whole MTV rap music thing ,was to make 8-12 year old white girls sleep with these super predators, WILLINGLY...or not so willingly, either way.
