I have learned over the years in dealing with the African- savages on the basis of social status, and tribes.
AA Coons:The Bill Cosby/Jesse Jackson/ ect type, occasionally you encounter in the heap of black trash; harmless! The rest are mini gangs, such as Muggabe/Semolian/ect types: they fight each others for dominance in they're own little ghetto world. Like a pack of dogs roaming the streets, stay clear of their view.
