Hence, former students basically wasted four to five years obtaining expensive technical tertiary educations in areas that formerly were almost a water-tight guarantee of employemnt and are now saddled with $A20000-$A30000 government HECS(HIgher Education Contribution Schemt) fees to repay somehow or other.

To enter Australia even on a 90-day tourist visa, you need @ least $A1000 in cash, a valid passport and a place to stay.
