I had never seen 'Triumph of the Will' but had long wanted to. I finally got around to ordering it and received my copy yesterday. My wife and I watched it last night. Truly a masterpiece, 32 yr. old Leni Riefenstahl created real cinematic art so different from most all of the trash made today. Most of us know about the creativity of Riefenstahl, but one of the things that impressed me the most was her absolute dedication to the project. It became her and she it. For instance, the liner notes said that she spent a year in the cutting room editing hundreds of thousands of feet of film, sleeping on the floor, hardly taking a break.

To me Triumph isn't a documentary, it's inspiration in its purest form.

As I watched the movie it became abundantly clear why the zog world had to kill National Socialist Germany. It was right there, there in the faces of the people in those crowds. If they had been left to go their own way, what was happening in Germany would've surely spread to the rest of the White world.

Just 19 months before those same people in those crowds had been hungry, destitute and desperate, most unemployed, and most of all they were hopeless. Then came hope. Then came a fighting chance. Then came Hitler. It is no wonder those people's faces just lit up and beamed when they saw their leader.

I remarked to my wife that those Germans had their Aragorn, their Theoden, and we have Jug Ears George Bush. Goddamn.

Hitler rode in an open top car among crowds of thousands and walked among his people without a second thought.

Jug Ears rides in a bullet proof limo with armed guards and the thought would never enter what passes for his mind to walk among "his" people.

Hitler, it is said, almost never had enough money on him at any given time to even tip a waiter.

Whereas Bush, and his kind have boundless avarice.

I've often heard it said that Hitler desired world conquest. What bullshit. His every word in his speeches in Triumph was about Germany, about the people, about the movement, and about peace.

My wife was exposed to more truth about National Socialist Germany last night than all of the rest of her life combined. She said with that 'I get it' tone in her voice, "They are just like us, the Southerners, most of what other people know about us is nothing but lies and BS."

Yep.
