The U.S. Government now has the same powers to imprison or torture or kill American citizens that the Jew Soviet Union had when the jews there mass murdered 60+ million White people.

Last week, came more evidence that the Old American Republic is dead. It is a new imperial era. In this new era, we are no longer free citizens, with rights...but subjects of the empire. We do its bidding, or else:
On September 27, 2006, Congress voted in HR 6166 into law as the Military Commissions Act of 2006. With lightning speed, a centuries old pillar of the law has been taken down with not a whimper from the mainstream press.
The salient portion of the Act runs:
"No court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed by or on behalf of an alien detained by the United States who has been determined by the United States to have been properly detained as an enemy combatant or is awaiting such determination."
What the act does is give the executive branch the power to declare not just aliens (which would be bad enough) but also U.S. citizens, "unlawful enemy combatants." Then the state gets to lock you up and throw the keys away.
Anyone who donates money to a charity on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies could be declared an "unlawful enemy combatant" and imprisoned indefinitely now.
Anyone could be convicted on the basis of coerced testimony and hearsay and, without full judicial review of the conviction, be put to death.
And no one could challenge his detention in court.
Habeas corpus is a fundamental right that the state does not have the power to lock you up forever arbitrarily and without review of a court
It is part of the U.S. Constitution. Do you remember that document, dear reader? Most Americans have forgotten it. They think we're in a 'new era' of politics, where the old principles and old rules no longer apply.
But as one group of diplomats wrote to the administration, "To proclaim democratic government to the rest of the world as the supreme form of government at the very moment we eliminate the most important avenue of relief from arbitrary governmental detention will not serve our interests in the larger world."

I can't get others here on the forum to be interested in the NWO and what happens when you lose your basic rights. Everyone is so concerned about blacks that they don't see what the govt is doing.
The idea that we are living in a democracy is gone. This is a dictator ship ran by people who hate whites and have an express interest in globalizing this country... and now you can say nothing about it.
As an enemy combatant the cops don't need probable cause or even reasonable suspicion. The idea that you get a public defender is gone. There won't even be a the chance for you to plea bargin your case. We are not living under Stalin's Russia. You get either 10 or 25 years.

I think the awakened see it as a VERY big deal, but don't think they can do anything about it -- because there are not enough awakened to start a revolution against a police state with a powerful military and well armed police forces -- when those military/police who are White are not racially conscious, much less racially loyal.

Not to downplay this, because it IS big, but I don't know if this "law" would even stand up, though. This is going to go to the Supreme Court at some point, hopefully with one of the Gitmo prisoners and not some poor WN. But either way, we've had unconstitutional and dangerous "laws" in this country before, and they were either repealed, had sunset provisions, or got thrown out by the Supreme Court.
And even assuming the worst case scenario, American citizens being dragged off to the dungeon never to be seen again, I think it would be the tipping point for many Americans. We might even see those loony lefties take up arms once some of their hippy pals get dragged off from the local "peace protest" (they're often little more than an incoherent mob of hippies looking for something to do) and held indefinitely.
Pretty much, it's business as usual for me. Yes, prepare for the worst, it WILL likely come, eventually, some time, but be rational and think about this situation for a while. Educate your fellow White Americans about this, for sure, but don't hit the panic button just yet.

There's also the law of unintended consequences.
The goal is to make the sheep settle down and cower in fear for good. The problem is, people will soon realize that if they start getting fucked over for nothing, they might as well get fucked over for _something_. Laws like these create situations of "I have nothing left to lose so I have nothing left to fear."
When you take away everything a man is, you unleash a powerful force.
Just as if we could get rid of beer, sports, and porn, we might get some people to actually wake up and do something.

This could be seen as yet another step towards international government. More specifically, the North American Union, then the OAS, then the UN in incremental steps. If this law holds up long enough for the NAU to be put fully into place, the Supreme Court will not be able to rule on it because it could be implemented into treaties with Mexico and Canada, who have no freedom of speech. Therefore, American citizens can be hauled off to these two countries to be tried, as Zundel was hauled off to Canada, with no problem whatsoever. The signs of America's impending fall are there for all to see. The problem is that no one wants to see. It is within our sight, but out of most people's grasp what is happening.

It would be difficult for the Mossad, now in America (now that the White American military has been carefully completely sent overseas), along with their local American police, to take those guns away. There probably would not be any Mossad or local police left after about a week of their trying.

When California made it a felony to own so-called assault rifles and ordered citizens who owned them to turn them in, only 10 percent did. 90 percent preferred risking a felony conviction and possible imprisonment, over surrendering their most effective firearms.
Since 90 percent of liberal, conformist White Californians defied this firearms ban, just imagine the percentage in the South, midwest, and other areas.
