If, by "we," you mean America, America is Israel. If you're talking about the "European Union," the EU is Israel.

Thanks for the correction. Good to get it right -- and attribute correctly. Actually, you are not quite right either. Here's the entire quote:

As you can see, General Moshe Dayan stated the first part of the quote I gave, as I indicated, but it was Crevald, as you indicated, who stated the second part.
