What is "Being Right"?

One guy said: "the problem is that the world contains 3 billion people, and each one of them thinks he's right."

Yes. I have had this argument several times: a woman said to me, "well, you think that you're right, but so does Steve think that he's right. So who's to say which one of you is right? Maybe you're both right."

Well, the answer to that is easy. Two differing opinions cannot be right. One is right (or, "more right") and the other is wrong. As a rule, the tried-and-true method/idea is right, and the untried-and-untrue method/idea is wrong. We know what works, and therefore we know what doesn't work.

Leftist/"progressive" ideas don't work. We've already tried them (since circa 1970) and look where they've gotten us: lowered standards, less productivity, broken homes/delinquent children, etc., etc.
