Mine: "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". Sophomore and annoying perhaps, but as usual incredible
power in the reality of the human condition. Its also useful when selling something. People ALWAYS will take
what they can get, most likely because theyre desperate for cash in this current depression.
As I get older I find this truer. We're always dreaming of MORE MORE MORE but often times the best thing is within our grasp.
We let it go and then want it back.
