I was talking to a friend last night who tracks religious crazies as part of his government job. He said his nightmare scenario is a dozen cells, each with a dozen disgruntled SpecOps guys, operating around the country. Military training really is a major force multiplier (as the DHS report noted); and just 150 or so working together could do a whole lot of damage.
