You could be right, I guess the negro's arms appear to muscular to be female. I suppose it could be a female, but then again that's ambiguous too. You thought it was a female, I thought it was a male. Whatever it is, the propaganda purpose is unclear.

Some people may not know this, or have since forgotten, but the character going by the nickname of "Tsun" was exposed about 3 years ago as running an interracial dating site.
