There was never a one-drop rule in Brazil. The races mixed fairly freely, and so long as the product 'looked White enough', they were counted as White.

(That is, White in Brazil is considered by Brazilians to be a phenotypical, not a genotypical matter. It always has been, and is today. That's why a Brazilian's conception of 'White' and 'non-White' is worthless. They're not using the same rules as actual Whites.)

In a survey done in Brazil in 2000, 'racial purity' was not considered to be important for a Brazilian to be called 'White'.

In that same survey, 52% - 52 FUCKING PERCENT - of people called 'White' in Brazil said that they had 'some' non-White ancestry.

('Oh yeah, my grandmother was a banana-eating spear chucker with a bone in her nose, but I'm White, I swear it! Please let me post on your White Nationalist forum and act like a White man, and pretend to be an arbiter of who is White and who is not!')

And that's the ones who were willing to admit it. The actual percentage would have to be much higher.
