She's perfectly correct: why should Abercromby and Finch be forced to hire non-white models when their entire marketing approach is geared directly towards white people? Do we have freedom or do we not? As she says, she would not want a job modeling for FUBU or other black oriented fashion marketers, so this AA (affirmative action) monstrosity is entirely a double standard, one-way street: whites have to open up themselves to non-white intrusions and deny themselves freedom of association and freedom of choice, but blacks and other non-whites are not similarly penalized and are allowed their own domains free of white intrustion.
