For decades,there have been organizations out there, that raise funds for the blacks, and Im sure,every minority under the sun.I recall a story on the news,15-20 years ago,about how a wealthy white had it in his will,that his money was to go to educate or give a helping hand to white youth.Now time was,a mans will was something that was NOT to be disregarded.There were objections to his last wish, and if any of his funds went to help white youth,it was but a handfull.Cant be "racist" even in ones will.One has to wonder,over the past 45 or so years, just how many such wills, that would have educated poor young whites, have likewise been deemed null and void.I think an intelligent young but poor white, has to be scoring five to ten times what the minorities score, to nail a scholarship.IF any form of schorships for whites could start putting even 10 or 20 young whites through collage, the media would be going ballistic.Those young men would be treated like garbage for taking "racist" money for their education.
