White Women and Tattoos
Seen: a photo of a heavily-tattooed woman exercising for "cardio" improvement.
I have always found the "tattooed women" thing to be rather curious (is that an extension of feminism? Or is it more personal than that? Or both?). Why do some women get lots of tattoos? Why do some women only get a couple of hidden tattoos (like, a small butterfly on their shoulder), but others get lots of visible tattoos to the point where they look like outlaw bikers (i.e., 1%ers)? Granted, having lots of tattoos -- and beards -- seems to be a requirement for outlaw bikers, and not just optional).
Regardless, I have never met a "normal" man who felt positively about "women with lots of tattoos." The general attitude of normal men about that seems to be: if a woman wants to get a small, hidden tattoo, especially one that has a certain personal meaning (like, a tattoo on her back to honor a dead friend or child), then okay. But a woman getting a dozen large tattoos all over her arms and torso, well, that's just plain un-feminine and off-puting. It's "too butch" and therefore gross. It's like they are trying to "become men." But most men don't want a "she-male" for a mate (that also applies to very-muscular women. Yuk. Men want softness in women, not hardness).
