Courage is a daily decision. And its opposite is not necessarily fear.

Cowardice is not fear. It is succumbing to the dictates and paralysis of fear.

Fear is an emotion. Emotions can't be stopped. But we can refuse to allow them to dictate to us our actions.

Easier said than done. I'm still working on it too.

On the other hand, no reason to be reckless and foolhardy. Decide to be brave, but stay smart. That's the middle way. The middle way is ancient Aryan wisdom.

Get a better idea of who "comes after you." It's not the mossad as much as it is your boss at work, or your teach at school who will punish you for having the "wrong" political views.

Nevermind all that--study Greek philosophy, and then skip to F. Bacon and Descartes. That's pretty much all you need to learn how to think.
