Okay. On my quest for a solar charging system for 18650 and CR123A lithium-ion batteries, I have completed and tested the 12V lead-acid battery to Li-ion battery part of the apparatus. I have just now ordered a 30W monocrystalline solar panel array and an overcharge protector from Amazon. When it arrives, I'll test the solar panel to lead-acid part of the system, and then I'll put it all together.

Actually, I have two ways to go from the 12V battery to the Li-ion batteries. One way is by hooking a cigarette socket plug up to the 12V battery with some special clamps I made, and then using the output from this plug as feed for a 12V Li-ion battery charger that converts 12V input to 4.23Vdc output.

The other way is to hook the 12V battery up to a Cobra power converter that uses 12Vdc input and outputs 120Vac, which goes into a regular "house current" type of Li-ion battery charger that converts 120Vac to 4.23Vdc output.

I'd no more trust a nigger to charge my batteries than I'd rely on one of them to pick my cotton. Even if he didn't try to rob or murder me, he wouldn't be worth what he'd cost. Nevermind money. He just plain wouldn't be profitable in terms of energy.

Every day, I'd have to feed this nigger 3000 kcal, or 12.552 megajoules, in the form of food. As the result of consuming the food, the nigger would output perhaps 4 MJ of energy in his voluntary activities, and experience has taught me that not more than a tenth of that would be expended in useful work. Probably a good deal less. So, each day, I'd have to feed the nigger at least 32 times as much energy as I could get back in the form of electricity, even without allowing for inefficiencies in the purely electro-mechanical part of the generator.

Thus there are three reasons to favor solar panels over niggers.
1. Solar panels are 12% efficient. Niggers are less than 3% efficient.
2. Sunshine is free. Food costs money.
3. Sunshine doesn't go around rioting and looting. Niggers do.
