"Wings"
"Left-wing" and "Right-wing" are useful as general political terms. However, they are limited, since they don't tell the whole story. (For example, my late lawyer was a Democrat, but he was not a leftist. He was a centrist who owned many guns. Some people are not "leftists" or "rightists").
(The main hallmarks of leftism are: believing in egalitarianism ["human equality"], hating on White men ["they're oppressors!"], and hating on rich people because, well, they're rich and that's not "fair." The main hallmarks of rightism are: rejecting egalitarianism, resisting cultural change, and wanting limited government).
One day, I went to a man's house for a political meeting. He and his 15 buddies were Birchers (members of the John Birch Society). He said "the KKK is left-wing." Shocked, I said, "what??" He said, "yes, they're left-wing because they're collectivist. They don't think/act individually." I said, "aren't you guys collectivist"? He just looked at me funny. He said nothing...
