I had a cousen, who was a vet of the viet nam nightmare. He was a happy go lucky guy when he went in,but was never the same after. To his dying day 30 years after he went in, that war haunted him.He seen and did many terrible things, that the military does not like to admit happened. Now, this war has I've read, produced at least 200,000 suicides, and who knows how many who have drank themselves to death, trying to forget. Is this what they want to do to thousands of women in the service? The men who were held as pow's, had some awful stories to tell. If taken prisioner, these women who enter into armed combat, will know the true meaning of hell on earth. As well, I've read that some 250,000 nam vets have died of agent orange. My cousen was just one of them. Do we want to inflect such a fate on the women in the services? The record for dousing the troops with some type of crap time and again, is terrible, and I dont think is ever going to change. On so many levels,it's a move in a bad direction.just my two cents on it.
