Either the avarage poster on this forum is 5 times more likely to be `of above average intelligence, gifted or a genius` or we have a few people on here who are being `economical with the truth.`
The percentage of people within the 3 highest categories is approximately 71% as opposed to the 14% it should be.
100% in the top 4 categories whilst it should be in the region of 47%.
Unless of course only those who scored within the first 4 groups feel proud enough to post their results, although it is an anonymos poll?

I took the emode test last year and scored 135. This lines up with the two times I took the Stanford-Binet test as a child. I took the test at age 12 and scored 132, again a year later and scored 138.

Looking at the several example test questions on this test, I suspect it is quite a bit harder than the emode test. When I am on the web, which is a lot, I am obligated to pay constant attention to something else--I trade on the spot Foreign Currency Market. It would be way too distracting to attempt to take this IQ test---or some other excuse. If this thread is still active this weekend, I'll try to take the test. If my score is abysmal, I will pretend that I didn't take the test, or I will pretend that the test was interrupted by a power outage--anything but face the possibility that my ageing brain is decaying.

My last "real" IQ test was when I was sixteen at a military base. I scored in the mid 130s.

I also scored as 109. 3 people with the same score, and two with 116? that seems odd to me. On a few other ones I have taken it has been in the 120s, usually around 125.

I was tested at 149 when I skipped 2nd grade - it was a very thorough test. I tested consistently above 140 throughout elementary and high school.

Then I went to college and fried my brain...

I remember my homeroom class had us all go to the computer room and take some i.q. tests, supposedly to show how biased they were against african americans...

I remember the question that caused an uproar in the "african american" community that day fairly well, something to the effect of

"if 1 mouse can eat 4 crackers in 5 minutes, how many crackers can 3 mice eat in 45 minutes" or something to that effect, very basic mathy
